1. Introduction

Welcome to the "What The Stack?" Conference organized by DevEd, Angular Macedonia, and Base42. The ticket sales for this conference are facilitated by Tito (ti.to) and Stripe. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the conference, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

3. Ticket Purchase

3.1 General

Tickets for the conference can be purchased online through Tito (ti.to) and Stripe. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

3.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Tito (ti.to) and Stripe. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

3.3 Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket. Please ensure that your email address is accurate during the registration process.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Organizer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund. The organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by ticket holders.

4.2 Attendee Cancellation

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Expected Behavior

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at the conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

5.2 Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal abuse, discrimination, and inappropriate physical contact, will not be tolerated. Any attendee violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.

6. Liability

The organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Data Collection

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of event registration and communication. This data may include your name, email address, and payment information.

7.2 Data Usage

Your personal data will be used to facilitate your attendance at the conference and to provide you with information about the event. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The organizers reserve the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official conference website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These images, videos, and audio recordings may be used by the organizers, including but not limited to DevEd, Angular Macedonia and Base42, for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the organizers upon arrival, and they will provide you with a sign indicating your preference.

10. Governing Law

The terms and conditions specifically related to the conference are governed by the laws of Skopje. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these conference-specific terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Skopje.
